Thesis title: Reliability Assessment of Power Electronics Converters.
Supervisor: Prof. (Dr.) R.K. Saket
Description: The motive of this project is to achieve a reliable condition monitoring and fault diagnosis algorithm for Power Electronics Converters that fail very frequently and result in sudden breakdown of the operation system or process
Thesis title: Vibration-Based Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance of Rotating Industrial Equipment.
Supervisor: Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Rai
Mr. Sanjeev Kumar
Description: This Project was accomplished in Tata Steel, Jamshedpur aiming to provide predictive maintenance and a reliable monitoring system to the rotating electrical equipment such as exhaust fan which faces a very high level of vibration during operation.
Thesis title: Modelling and Simulation of Three-Phase Squirrel Cage Induction Motor in MATLAB.
Supervisor: Asst. Prof. Vikash Kumar
Description: This project aims to mathematical model of a 3-phase Squirrel Cage Induction Motor and Simulating it in MATLAB software. Further, an analysis of various methods for the speed control of the motor is done.
